Privacy policy

This is a plain-language summary of how axoCRM handles data. It will be replaced with a full legal policy before general availability.
Data we collect
Account information (your name and email), workspace data you enter (contacts, companies, deals, tasks, notes, lead form submissions, imported files), and standard product telemetry needed to operate the service (session, IP, browser, error logs).
How we use your data
To provide axoCRM, secure your account, communicate about your subscription, and improve the product. Your CRM data is yours — we do not sell it, and we do not use the contents of your contacts, companies, deals, notes, or lead form submissions for advertising or to train any model.
Product analytics
We may use privacy-conscious product analytics to understand which pages and features are used. Analytics events are limited to generic metadata such as the page route, the plan tier, CTA location, and signup/onboarding step. We do not intentionally send the content of your CRM records — contact names, emails, phone numbers, company names, deal notes, or imported row data — to any analytics provider. Third-party processors
We use Supabase for database and authentication, and Stripe for payments. These processors only receive the data needed to operate their part of the service.
Your rights
You can export or delete your workspace data at any time. For data requests or any privacy question, contact privacy@axocrm.com.
